Springfield Urology provides analysis and treatment for urinary incontinence – including stress and urge incontinence – overactive bladder , obstructive voiding problems, neurogenic bladder and other pelvic floor disorders.

Services currently available include Urodynamic testing, a test that helps physicians determine the cause of a given patient’s voiding dysfunction and cystoscopy, the use of a fiber-optic telescope to see inside the bladder and urethra, as well as minimally invasive therapeutic procedures for incontinence. We also provide treatment using sacral nerve stimulation for refractory urge incontinence: Medtronic's InterStim® Therapy. For more information on InterStim® please see the Medtronic web site.

Other services include the evaluation and treatment for prostate and voiding problems in men. Medical and minimally invasive office procedures are available. Green Light™ PVP Laser Procedure is also available at Springfield hospital. For more information please see the Green Light™ laser web site.
